How do I post my Rover link to my neighborhood group Facebook page, and not my general Facebook page?

I am trying to post my link to my neighborhood Facebook page. However, I cant get it to show up when I open Facebook. Only my general Facebook page comes up and I do not want to post to it there, because it includes others much farther than my Rover area covers. Thanks.
