Why didn't my groomer show up?

I have emailed you and you said you would get back to me. You have not.

I was supposed to have a groomer today between 9-10 am No one showed up.

You haven't resolved this.

I am furious.

I am now going to run errands.

To answer your question about pricing, we offer two packages that are priced by weight: the cut+clean and the clean+. Each package includes a bath with shampoo, blow dry, brush out, ear cleaning, gland expression, and nail trim. The only difference is that the cut+clean includes a cut. Below is the breakdown by weight:

Small (0-16 lb): cut+clean - $70, clean+ - $40 Medium (16-40 lb): cut+clean - $85, clean+ - $50 Large (40+ lb): cut+clean $100, clean+ - $60

Generally, we only offer one $20 promotion per booking, but since you have 3 dogs, we'd be happy to offer the same to each if you'd like to book all three together! I'd be happy to help with booking you directly to make sure you get this promotion, just let me know some date/times that work for you if you're interested.
