added 1 day, but it's charging for entire stay again, why?

Per client request, I added 1 day at the beginning of a stay that is coming up tomorrow. Client says she's being charged for the entire stay again

Yeah, Rover's booking system isn't the most user-friendly. The system thinks it is another booking. The way around is to treat the additional day as a separate booking, not try to "modify" the existing one. Aside from having it being billed properly, you'll get credit for a repeat customer. LOL!

I have had this in past. I contact client and ask them to call rover support. I have also done separate books but that can get confusing.

Call Rover support and have them fix the booking. Modifications go crazy sometimes, and especially if you add a day to the beginning of the stay.
