Possibly a scam?

Hey everyone,

I received a request for 7 days of house-sitting for a 45lb pitbull from a woman whose profile was created today and has barely any information, only the town she claims to live in and a blurry picture of a woman with a black pitbull. The dog has only his weight and breed listed, everything else left unanswered.

Her message was not descriptive at all, so I responded asking for specific details of what services she would require. She responded asking to set up a meet and greet, without answering my questions, and asked that I contact her on her personal cell phone number because "the app doesn't always work" on her phone. Noncommittally, I replied from the Rover app asking for specific details again, and she replied that I would need to be at her home for 3 specified hours every day to feed, bathe, brush, walk, and give medicine to her dog. She then asked me to text her on her cell phone again.

I worry this might be a scam. Here's why: she is insisting I text her on her personal cell phone number, her area code is from a different state, I am a new sitter with no recommendations or reviews (this was my first Rover request), she made her account today, she claims the app doesn't always work for her even though she's only just made it today, the request falls without my preferences (which Rover noted when I received the request initially), and there is next to no information on her profile. It feels like this person hastily created a generic account to find someone to scam somehow.

I just don't know how this would lead to a scam, but with no information about the person, I don't feel safe doing a meet and greet.

What do I do?
