Do you know about Huan, a free dog tracking device?

I just signed up for http://gethuan.com before i left on my annual Xcountry drive with my dogs. they sent me free dog tags and i downloaded the app (HUAN) to my cellphone. it shows where my dogs are at any time. Trouble is if they run off and out of range of my app, they can be tracked only if other people have the app so please download the app even if you don't want your dogs to wear the tags.
