Does this sound like a scammer ?

1. New to Rover as of today
2. Asked to text on real #
3. About to move to my area.
4. Asked how much I charged several times, and seemed to have trouble keeping track of my responses.
5. Weirdly asked me - "Are you there?" after I'd clearly answered his questions and was awaiting his reply.
6. Account deactivated hours later.

Account was "Larry" with 1 years, 1 month-old German Shepard named "Rosee." Real Phone # (917) 266 - * "Larry" has my real phone number. Should I be concerned about that?*
