Holiday bookings & repeat clients...?
A few questions for some of you that have worked with Rover through the holidays.
- How do you publicize that you are available for the holidays to care for pets? Do you let clients know when picking up their pet(s)? With flyers/handouts?
- How do you encourage clients to book early to avoid any last minute stay problems (e.g., not finding a sitter since it's so last minute)?
- If you do flyers/handouts to clients, what do you say on them?
