Where should sitters provide feedback and suggestions??

I'm confused to where to enter feedback, bugs, and feature requests for the Rover sitter.

On the second site that looks like for sitters only but there isn't much community involvement.

I want to know where I should enter requests, suggestions, bugs, issues and know someone at Rover is listening. Doesn't mean "fix" everything but I want to clear up the confusion to what "community" site to use.
