where is the day and time calendar preferences?

My calendar is different for certain days. Saturday's for some reason it is all set as that I am only wanting to house sit, no boarding, and no doggy day care. Wednesdays are only house sitting as well. The only way I can get back to the preferences I want is to reset all my preferences individually. I've tried the side bar, I've tried "pet preferences", "Weekday Availability Defaults", "Update dog spaces", "Serice Options"... I need to somehow go back to my individual day and time preferences.
