Thank you everyone for helping out. The picture I want removed is a screen shot that I sent to a client. I will have to call customer service. Thanks again, I appreciate it!

I contacted Rover support on this before, and they said that the dog host/sitter does not have the ability to remove stay photos "for safety reasons" (I didn't ask for clarification), but that they'd be happy to remove them.

I assume it's a picture you uploaded of a client's dog? Once it's uploaded, the owner can remove it from their dog's profile, which removes it from being seen on yours, or you can talk to Rover support to have them remove it. Supposedly the option we had before the updates to remove individual photos from our profiles will be returning sometime.

You're welcome - and I did find the option to remove pics again. It's a bit roundabout but it works. If you click to your client's profile, you can select any of the pictures that you have uploaded of their dog and it will give you the option to hide them. This will prevent them from showing in your public profile. I can only vouch for this working on a computer, since I don't have the mobile app.
