Why do I get requests when my calendar is blocked out?
Why do I get requests when my calendar is blocked out? We have received two requests now when we are blocked. This is not good for the customer or us.
Rover will send requests to you even though your calendar is blocked out just in case you feel like taking it on. If you don’t respond or archive the request it won’t affect your search rank or response time since it takes your cal. And quiet hours Into account.
I know this to be true, but I think it doesn't make sense on a surface level. Why ever update my availability calendar if I will always get requests whether I am available or not?
