How can I file my taxes in regards to the payments I received via Rover?

I have been working with Rover since May 2018 and earned just under $3,000 for 2018. I currently receive my payments via PayPal. However, PayPal reports that their are currently no 2018 tax documents available. I understand that since I have not made a substantial amount of money through Rover that I may not qualify for a 1099 tax form. What form do I in fact qualify for and how can I go I move forward in this process and obtain the correct forms I need in order to file my taxes? Any help is greatly appreciated.

PayPal only sends 1099Ks after $20K. Until that point, you just have to keep track your own earnings and will need to file a Schedule C for self employment income. I use a spreadsheet to mark every deposit I get, and to track any expenses/mileage.

I just made my taxes and submitted my Rover income as self employed. It was roughly $4000 and was advised to put all my expenses like supplies, gas, car repairs, insurance and related stuff.

You will not receive a 1099 from Rover or PayPal unless you meet their criteria. https://support.rover.com/hc/en-us/ar... All you need is your total earnings in 2018 to prepare your taxes. You can find that total here under Withdrawal History by Year https://www.rover.com/account/payment...
