What do I do if owner is late and isn't answering?

I had a lady book my boarding services for 2 nights at about 7 pm last night. She was supposed to drop her dog off this morning from 9-9:30. She has not shown up or messaged me. I sent her a message about an hour after she was supposed to be here, and she still has not responded. What should I do? This is my first booking.

That is really unfortunate! I've never had that happen (thankfully). I hope that it worked out ok - maybe they were just late? I agree with what Deb said, though, contact Rover support to let them know. Good Luck!

If it's completely booked, I'd suggest just one more step: Contact Rover Support and let them know she didn't show up or respond, especially so you can tell them about your message asking about the dog's whereabouts. They'll probably tell you based on your cancellation policy what earnings you'll receive for the space that was taken by your planned booking.

Late booking request, no meet and greet? My first thought is the client never accepted and finalized the booking request, probably went with another sitter and has ghosted Sarah. Sarah check the booking to see if it was accepted or is still sitting in your pending folder, if it is in pending the client never followed through.
