Skipper is Moving to Dallas and trying to find dog walkers? What can we say to clients that sets us apart? I need some marketing materials to build a relationship in the apartment buildings that I work in.
You should develop a relationship with the complex management, possibly you can become the facility concierge or have you business literature provided with the new tenant paperwork. They may also allow you to post tearoff flyers in community spaces.

I don't think Skipper is going to make it in this market. Rover Reigns and Wag as getting so much bad press. I think it may be possible for Rover to get that as well. The Wag on demand model is a horrible program. It puts people in contact with dogs they are not comfortable walking.
