What are the housing requirements for Rover?

What are the housing requirements for rover? Our sitter had the police come to her dog and tell her she was no longer able to watch dogs because the probably was not for a dog daycare.

All Rover sitters must comply with local laws concerning home boarding and offering doggie day-care. Not sure what city you are in but local laws may have shut down the sitter for non-compliance.
