Listing services link not working?

Is anybody else having trouble listing/editing their services? I've tried on my phone and my computer to edit my services offered and every time I click the link at the top of the Rover page that says "List More Services" it simply takes me to my dashboard. It does the same thing when I try to do it from my 'Services and Rates' page. I can't manage my services at all now and I was trying to expand my options. Little help?

Try it again. The link seems to be working now. I know I've had various troubles with the website in the past; it appears to be glitchy sometimes.
