When I log out of my account and search my area to see what comes up, I don't appear under doggie day care. The strange thing is, I have doggie day care the most with one puppy. How do I make myself appear available for doogie day care so I can get some more clients!?
Most sitters who have been on the Rover platform a long will tell you the search algorithym is very confusing and where you show up in searches changes all the time and depends on what the potential clients searche for.
I seached Pottstown for dog day care and you showed up #1
So what can you do? Possibly your rate is to high for your area! Just looking at what other Rover sitters charge is not a good indicator of what to charge as most never get any bookings for the least popular service on the platform. Check your rates against local independent businesses as that is a more accurate check.
