Dog walking coming up as "accepts requests from previous clients only. Doesn't accept requests from new customers"???

Hey everyone! I'm pretty new to Rover, have set up my profile and have already gotten quite a few clients (yay!) However, when I view my profile on http://Rover.com, under my services is says Dog Walking and there's a little symbol beside it that when you hover over it, it says "Accepts requests from previous clients only. Doesn't accept requests from new customers"? I'm wondering has anyone else had that message come up on their profile because I never set it to only accepting previous clients - I'd much rather be accepting as many new clients as possible since I'm new to the site! I can't find anywhere to switch it off in my Service Options either...

Please help!

Speaking from experience it's quite easy to accidentally click that when you're in Edit Profile. :) Karen gave you the fix so you should be good but I always do double check of my profile after I've been in edit because it's easy to update the wrong thing. Good luck with your business!

Thanks for your comment Lisa! Yes, I had a look at the link Karen sent me but I don't seem to have the option to choose whether I want repeat clients or not for dog walking, but I do with my other services. I'm thinking it might have something to do with me being a Rover Now dog walker?

Email or call Rover, they'll fix it. It's probably just a glitch. They are helpful.

Hi Karen, thank you for your reply! I had a look on the link you sent me, but I don't seem to have an option to choose whether I want repeat clients or not for my dog walking (which is weird because I have it for every other service.)

Perhaps it's because I'm with Rover Now dog walking and I don't have the option to choose that option?
