What happens if the owner is coming back early? ?

Do I modify my booking if the owner is coming back a day early? Is there a cancellation fee?

Unless the client asks for a refund, I do not offer one if they come back early. Most of my clients that have done this have told me to keep the money because it was their decision to come back early. If the early return is due to an emergency, I will offer a refund for the days they will not be needing my services.

I always offer the refund. All my clients become faithful loyalists to me. Just my two cents. If you want them back of coursešŸ¤£

I also came looking for an answer to this but I just have more questions! So what happens if someone books an overnight and comes home early to avoid paying a drop in and day care fee?

Navigate to the booking and hit the modify button, there you can remove a day or days. You have set a moderate cancellaation policy for boarding so the client will be refunded 50% of the cancelled day or days, and you get the remaining 50%.
