Yesterday I signed up to become a sitter, but when i logged back on it all reset. How do i get my information back?

Yesterday I was filling out my Rover account to become a sitter. I always pressed continue and save. After i was finished I stayed on the site to look around. Since my computer was about to die i closed it. I always left the tab open. When i got back on everything was reset. I tried signing up again but it says my number is already in use. i tried for a long time to get it back and nothing seems to be working.
