Extended stay/payment?

I am wondering how my payment will be affected if the client requests a longer stay and has not accepted the new modification? The dog was picked up today after the extended stay has ended, but the modification has not been accepted by the client yet??? Help please I am not sure what I need to do to get paid?!?!?! Michele

Was the extension requested after the initial stay started? If so, it could be the client didn't realize or forgot. If you haven't already messaged them, I would recommend doing that. My understanding is that if they didn't accept the change you won't get paid for the extra day(s). If you've reminded them and they have not confirmed or responded, I would recommend calling Rover support and having them advise you on what to do. I'm sorry this happened. I've been lucky and haven't had that issue but I bet others have. Good luck!
