Refund Policy?

I have paid for dog sitting but have to postpone the visit. Is there a refund policy? Thank you Karen

Yes and it varies by sitter. You will find it on your sitter's profile and, I believe, the actual booking confirmation. There are three levels of cancellation: Strict, Moderate and Flexible.

Be sure to ask your sitter if they are available for the new stay dates, and if so, if they be willing to just adjust the dates. Your sitter can call Rover support and have the dates corrected and they can process any rate change necessary if the number of days changed or if dictated by their cancellation policy.
