Who do I adjust rates based on pet parent?

Hello!

I just have a curious question.

I recently upped my holiday rate. I have one very good client who has used my NUMEROUS times and I want to do a "grandfathered in" type thing with him to keep him happy because he uses me so much and just booked a 15 day stay. Is there a way to adjust rates just for him?

Sure, you can click on "Modify" on the booking request and make an adjustment to bill. Very easy. Be sure to let the customer know that you are doing this for him and why.

I have a few clients like this too and it's a pain to do this every week. It would be nice if Rover could figure out a way to allow us to keep a steady rate for some clients.

They've had the 'lock rate' option out for a while, no? Just have to open one of their past bookings and you can click it at the bottom of the upper left grey box that has the booking details.
