Can I use My Rover Balance to pay for items from the rover store? If so how would I do that?

I have a Balance I need to withdraw from my Rover Account, but I would like to purchase a car decal and business cards today and it will take at least a day for the money to make it into my bank account. Is there a faster and easier way to purchase things from the Rover store by using my available balance?
