A repeat client asked me to NOT send a rover card anymore. Is that even possible??

I have a repeat client and she doesn't want to get a rover card every single time I walk her dog. Is there a way to book and walk her dog without sending the Rover card?

Many clients don't appreciate the Rover cards as they receive several texts during the event, when you arrive, and then again when the event is ended. While the client may not want them I feel it is important for all Rover sitters to use them as proof that you performed the service and the time you spent with the dog. There isn't an opton on the platform where the client can opt out of receiving the cards.

And some siters may say don't start the card for this particiular client as you will still be paid, and of course this is an option but wouldn't you still want to send a text or two and send them a picture?

Best of luck

Thank you! I'm with you. Even though it might be annoying it is a record of proof that I was there and did my job. I'll just let them know. Thanks for your help!
