I had a horrible experience with WAG. They have the worst customer support I have ever seen and once that lack of communication almost destroyed my dog. In my experience, WAG was beyond negligent. I'm skiddish about trying another service and wonder how the customer support is with this service.

Rover by far is a better service provider than Wag so give us a chance and best of luck
I recommend Rover to everyone. Even as a walker and sitter I recommend it with out the intention of soliciting their employment for myself. It's great!

Rover has excellent support service you can always get them 24/7/365. You can all so contact your sitter or dog walker by text or by phone. Rover is very picky about there sitter they only get the best. Do a meet & greet with one of the sitter and try us out.

Absolutely! My rather antisocial little girl loves to stay at with Monica, her River caretaker. Roxy has even made friends with other doggies, first time in over 13 years! She gets out of the car and can’t get inside the house fast enough. I am so grateful to have found Monica through Rover.
