Is cesar food making my dog throw up?

Gave my dog cesar wet food was okay for a while but now just keeps throwing up the food regularly but other than that he’s fine and being himself should I take him off the food for a while see if it helps or get him straight to the vets

I would first rule out that there isn't a medical issue with your pup and second I would find a better quality food for him. Cesar Dog Food receives the Advisor’s lowest tier rating of 1.5 stars according to Dog Food Advisor https://www.dogfoodadvisor.com/?s=cesar

If a dog starts rejecting their food or throwing up, yes, I'd stop offering it. Even if your dog was getting a top rated food, sometimes our dogs know before we do of some issue or stop liking it for a while. Even some vets&vet tech parents experience this. The most important thing is to keep the dog hydrated.

Fresh plain (boiled or baked without any seasoning, spices, butter or oil) chicken breast with rice (especially if diarrhea) is the usual short term go to remedy for vomiting and diarrhea, unless your dog has other allergies or medical conditions to work around.

Since it's Sunday evening and you indicated everything else is normal and no reason to think he got into something he shouldn't have (i.e. Halloween chocolate?), I'd wait until Monday-that is if this just started. It's really rough on a dog's system. IF it started days ago, then I'd be waiting with my dog outside the vet's door when they open Monday AM. Even if it started Sunday, If your dog continue vomiting into Monday, I'd call the vet no later than noon. They'll ask when it started, what comes up, and more.
