Cancelled Meet & Greet, No Follow Up?

I scheduled a Meet & Greet with a new client for a Thanksgiving week sitting stay. The day of the meet & greet, I messaged her letter her know I would be on my way soon. She replied and said that she had to run out and asked if we could re-connect. I told her it would be no problem and asked her to let me know when she was available; she said thanks. Meet & Greet was scheduled for October 14th and I haven't heard anything from her for 3 weeks. Since I didn't hear anything I booked a smaller gig with my other job for 2 of the days that the stay would have been. I want to cancel her stay but I'm not sure if I should just archive it without notifying her or if I should send her a message (and if I send her a message I'm not sure what to say!).

I would send her a hello and let her know if she still needs pet care services you are still available (if you are). Keep it short and simple.

I would archive the request to clear your calendar. Don't chase clients there are lots out there and you'll be booking them soon. Best of luck
