Is there a way to modify a client's booking if they change their mind and want 2 walks on 1 day and then only 1 walk on another?

I can't seem to find how to do this if a client has 2 walks on every day and then they change it to be some days are 2 walks and other days are only 1 walk. All help is appreciated. Thank you!
