Is there a special version of Uber or Lyft or a different service to deliver a Dog from the owner to a dog day care facility in Virginia west of Dulles Airport? Is there one anywhere?

I would like to send my dog to a day care for dogs that is on a farm in Virginia but not go with the dog on the ride. Do you know if there is a special Version of Uber or Lyft that allows you to send a dog in a Dog Carrier from my house in Virginia to another location in Virginia"? It could be a special purpose instance or use case for Uber or Lyft in Virginia.. It could just be drivers willing to carry un-assisted dogs associated with Uber or Lyft of another system and group of drivers who developed their own business model for transporting un assisted dogs or pets in carriage containers. Does anyone know if there is such as service in any location in the USA even if not in Virginia? Does anyone want to start a business like this?
