Glitch on my App. Please fix?

Hello,

My profile just got accepted and is live. However, on my app under dog walking it says: enable with Rover now dog walking. I did not pass the Rover Now test, but they told me I am eligible to do regular dog walking. I live in East Village, San Diego, which is eligible for dog walking. How can I enable now dog walking on the APP if I did not pass that? Would you please fix that glitch so I can provide dog walking? It also says on my profile "Dog Walking Coming Soon". Please fix this glitch. The main reason I signed up is to walk dogs. Thank You, Janet Lasser janetll050@gmail.com
