How do I edit/change service type from dog boarding to dog daycare?

Booking requests cannot be deleted yet they will archive or move from your inbox once the end date of the booking has passed, you can always edit the end date to today's date and they will disappear in a day or two.

The sitter may not have the service activated for your new request - so reach out to them via text asking them to turn on the service it only takes a few minutes.
