Rover's Customer Support doesn't read or answer on these boards. Have you tried the webmail form found here:

I just tested it out because there was another comment about how feedback didn't work. Anyway, I wrote Rover about your comment, with a link to this question, and it went through for me. There was something rather odd about the process after I hit my first submit, but then I clicked on the "no it didn't answer my question" link and it did get submitted. Their whole website and search function in particular could use a major overhaul after getting feedback from both sitters and customers about functionality.

I, and many others, wholeheartedly agree with you that the search functionality and filters leave a lot to be desired. Likewise, I can empathize with it wasting valuable time because everyone is an independent contractor and applies their own different interpretation as it relates to the services offered.
