If an owner returns early and I need to give them a refund for the cancelled dates, how do I do that?

The original booking was for 8 visits over 4 days. The owners returned home early, so I only did 8 visits. I would like to refund their money for the 2 cancelled days. Is there a way to do that?

If you formally cancel the remaining days of the booking your client should be refunded for those days. If you are unsure how to do this on the platform call Rover support and they can make the cancellation for you. [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed.
