I'm allergic to cats. Can I completely turn off cat care? I don't want my booking score to go down for rejecting requests that include cats. It would be ideal if cat requests could match the requests that fall outside my calendar availability, where it doesn't penalize you for saying no if you're already marked unavailable.
To the best of my knowledge, there isn't a setting to say you cannot care for cats, but I would make sure this setting is turned off https://www.rover.com/account/profile... I would also note in your about me section in the first few sentences say you are allergic to cats and cannot care for them. However, that may not stop clients from contacting you concerning care even if they have cats in their household. But consider this, add a cat care rate that is extremely high like $100 a visit, that would be sure to turn people away. Best of luck
