My customer would like to have 2 visits one day and 3 the next, is there a way to do this without making separate arrangements for each day?
There was a recent update to the platform that allows the clients to enter the number of visits per day, possibly it is or was confusing to the client. I would give support a call and ask them to adjust the booking if it is incorrect @ [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Is this only available to owners? I often have owners who want to set things up this way, but when I try to modify the booking to do it myself, I don't see the option.
What I do is tell the owner that booking a different amount of visits on different days is a little complicated with having to book separate requests for the individual days. I then offer to deduct the price of the extra visits with the agreement to “ignore” the unneeded ones. This usually works pretty well.
You could always book 2 visits per day and just add in the additional charge for that extra visit.
