How do I know if my rover got my voicemail?

I requested 3 days ago by voice mail for my rover to contact me. I still have not heard from her. I am getting nervous about leaving my pet in the care of someone who doesn't even return my call. Will leave another message today. I f no response, I am going to cancel.

I am assuming that you have a confirmed booking (accepted by both parties and with full payment to Rover) with a sitter. Right? If the sitter is not responding to you, I would message her thought Rover, tell her that you need to hear from her with x number of hours or you will contact Rover and cancel the booking.

There is always the possibility that Rover's phone forwarding system is not working properly, which is why I suggest using the messaging system that sends emails.

I do hope that you met with the sitter first before finalizing the booking. Usually that is the best way to find out how they run their business. Sorry this is happening to you but there are many sitters on Rover who bend over backward for their clients and go way over most people's expectations.
