My rate for additional dogs is $10. I want to increase it for holidays and charge $15
I'm not sure having a separate holiday rate for the additional dog is possible. Here is the link:

Be sure to click on "Additional Rates" to see what options are possible. As a last resort, you can mention in your profile having a surcharge that you will apply to the final booking request.
Holiday Rate is only applied to the first dog, all other dogs are charged at your standard additional dog rate. As an IC you are always free to modify a booking but do so after discussing with your client
