What does Rover mean I can initiate requests?

I've just finished my 3rd house-sitting gig (3rd client), and I've been noticing that Rover sends me emails saying that now that I've been with this client once, I can initiate the request next time they go out of town. What does that mean/how does that work? I don't know when the clients will be out of town again! This seems illogical.

Say a client reaches out to you via text without a booking request and asks if you can watch Fido this coming weekend, you can go to your past stays https://www.rover.com/account/inbox/c... and initiate " a book a new stay" transaction and send it to the client. I do this all the time and my clients appreciate the customer service.

That makes sense! Thanks! It seems like that's a good work-around someone wanting to pay me off the app, too.
