Is it possible for me to talk with sitters rather than text before I actually need their services?

Bud is our rescue of 3+ months and I'm a bit nervous about my needs for him. I really hate the idea of having to employ a sitter's help but I've no choice. Talking on the phone is much better for me, physically, than texting.

You need to start a booking request in order to contact a sitter on the Rover platform. Search for sitters in your area and narrow them down to a few candidates, then send them a booking request, after it is sent many sitters would love to speak with you and understand your concerns before confirming the booking.

The booking request also has a dedicated phone number that you and the sitter can use to call each other, you will see the number in the request. And note you are not charged to create a booking request you only pay after both the sitter and you agree to accept the booking. Best of luck

"Many sitters would love to speak with you and understand your concerns before confirming the booking." THIS. When I am contacted, I always offer an immediate phone call to discuss further in addition to requesting the meet and greet.
