Seems to be taking a long time to be approved?

Please let me know if I need to do anymore to get started,seem to have trouble with my identity documents and just don't know if I'm going to be approved, all was going well and have testimonials submitted but can't find my original profile which I took care in doing! Would be greatly satisfied if this issue can be sorted asap
