Is my Sole Proprietorship affiliated with Rover.com?

Im applying for a Sole Proprietorship in Washington state for my pet services. It is asking if I am affiliated with another business. I am wondering if this would include http://Rover.com since some of my income/business comes through Rover.com?

If you are a Rover sitter you are affiliated with the company as an independent contractor
