wondering why some sitters have different policies...one sitter says rover puts that on, it that true or is it the sitter policy??

What Walt said is accurate, with two exceptions: dog walking and daycare. Sitters determine their own cancellation policies for all other services (boarding, house sitting and drop-ins) but daycare and walking are always set to flexible by Rover and cannot be changed.
