How to change address from USA to UK?

Hi all!

As someone who lives splitly between the States and England, I was very excited to see Rover come to the UK so that I could make some extra cash during university (I am allowed to work on my visa). However, now that it's fall and I'm returning, I am not able to figure out how to change my US address to a UK one.

Specifically, the issue I run into is that it requires me to give my state/province but there are no counties listed nor an "other" option. If i try to select the hashes it tells me I must make a selection. Please let me know if there is a workaround (or if I'm just blind!) as I don't particularly feel like starting a profile from scratch.
