Do we have to buy the food for the animals?
Just wondering if I’m suppose to provide the dog food or do the owners bring it? Can I give treats to some dogs too if I buy thaT?

It's best if the owners provide the food. Many dogs have sensitivities, allergies, and preferences, plus changing the food can create GI upset resulting in unpleasant output (i.e diarrhea) I'd suggest at the meet & greet, discuss what food and treats they eat and what they're allowed (you can ask about whatever you wanted to buy & offer then), and ask the owners to bring along with the other items needed (collar with ID tags, harness, etc.)
The owner should bring their own food.
The owner should bring the food so there is no problem with the dog eating. You would have to have a storage unit if you provided food to every dog you care for because most dog's have certain eating habits and choices.
