What is the cause of a failed withdrawal?

I have a withdrawal transaction that has a status of "failed", what would be the cause of this?

I called the support team and they advised all PayPal users are impacted and will not receive funds until PayPal is back up and running. They advised once it is back up and running we will automatically see the funds back in our http://Rover.com profile and can withdraw back to PayPal.

This happened to me as well. I called Rover support and they said they'd put the money back into my Rover account so I could try to withdraw it again. They said they've been having issues with people withdrawing into PayPal. I called about 2 hours ago and am still waiting for them to put the money back...

Please tell me how it turns out for you. This is happening to me right now.

What was the outcome? I’m experiencing this as well and I’m thinking of removing myself from Rover if this is a continual issue.

They were able to get the money back to my rover account and it successfully went through when I tried again. Not sure what the glitch was but it worked for me the second time around.
