Cannot send application due to malfunctioning blank for weight of dog? grrrrr?

After completing the info form, clicked on "reply". Only to have message saying the weight needed to be filled in. It IS filled in. Attempted several times to refill it. Nothing is satisfying your form. Please advise. Thank you.
