I noticed that I can change my rates for additional dogs when I do any request but cats have the same rate constantly. Cats are so much easier to care for than dogs I was hoping Rover would update and add a section to change the additional cat rate. Any hear anything about this??
What Karen stated is correct, while Rover accepts requests for updates they never seem to implement any of them. They spend more time sending out to remind us to take pictures during stays and sponsoring contests or offerings that never benefit the sitter community. Vent over!!
Rover never tells its sitters about any changes or so-called improvements in advance. If you would like this feature, the best thing to do is contact Rover directly and tell them. From what I see, Rover doesn't solicit input from its sitter community.
Hi Karen, I am able to set cat care rates. They are under additional services under each type of service. I've added mine for each one. Also, "Cat" is listed as one of the breed option. I've been pretty successful booking cat clients.
