Please suggests a apartment friendly dog breed?

We are first time thinking to https://only4pets.com/ (Adopt pets online). We have no experience to handle a dog. Right now living in a 1500 sq.ft. 3rd floor flat. But will move into a ground floor after 6 months. Some breeder suggested me https://only4pets.com/ (only4Pets) But we are not sure . Please help.

I would recommend looking for a smaller, lower energy dog... There are some breeds that are lower energy than others, but it's also a question of individual dog personality--some dogs are just more couch potatoes. Go to a breeder or rescue society and look for a dog that isn't crazy with energy.

If you dont mind size or prefer a larger dog- I've found that ex racing gray hounds are perfect apartment dogs. Aka the fastest couch potatoes

I live in a tiny city apartment with a large breed dog. It's definitely more about how you raise and manage the dog than what breed you get. Check out the strategies in this piece: https://shinyhappydoggy.com/best-dogs-for-apartments/

I would definitely recommend small dogs for apartments. I had my first client to be a husky and although he was a puppy (7 months old) he was pretty big. He didn't destroy my apartment or anything but he was just so energetic that I took him outside like 8 times. And I don't have a backyard so it was really hard for me to keep him occupied the whole day. He would just get so bored easily.

Just stay away from working breeds / herding dogs/ sledding dogs / as these dogs need to work.
