Rover as job experience?
If I wanted to list Rover as previous job experience, how would I go about listing it? (who would I put for supervisor, and what contact info would I list?)

Unless you worked at their offices, you're an independent contractor. You'd list it as your business name, you as the owner with your contact information, no supervisor.
I have it listed on my resume under other skills and experience, it just says Freelance Dog Boarder through Rover. :)
I believe that it would be best to list Rover as how you provide your dog sitting service, list yourself as supervisor and give your account info so they can check your profile and see some of you reviews. You could also ask 1 or 2 of your clients if they would be willing to reference your work and perhaps they would give you their email or phone number?
